As your Birth Doula, you can count on me to make sure you feel confident throughout the entire process. Birth is a life changing event, but with my support, you will gain the confidence to advocate for yourself, and feel ready to have your baby.

Hi! My name is Hannah, and birth is my passion. My goal is to give you and your family the support and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
SERVICES
LABOR & BIRTH DOULA
With me as your Birth Doula, I offer support and knowledge to you leading up to labor, and birth. I will work with you to create a birth plan you are happy with, and confident in. I stay in close contact leading up to baby's arrival, and will be on call anytime you need me two weeks prior, and after your due date. Once you are in labor, I have an array of different pain management strategies we can try to help comfort you. Overall my goal is to support you through this extremely important, and vulnerable time.
POSTPARTUM DOULA
The early days of postpartum can be very overwhelming and stressful. My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you are taken care of. Everyone wants to take care of the new baby, but I like to focus on helping you heal and destress. I can help with tidying tasks, cook for you, help with newborn questions and breastfeeding. overall I want to make sure you are taken care of, so that you are able to take care of your baby the best.
LACTATION SUPPORT EDUCATION
Especially in the beginning, breastfeeding can be overwhelming and challenging, and having someone to provide knowledge and support can drastically help your breastfeeding journey. My goal as your lactation support educator, is to help you feel as confident as possible in your breastfeeding journey.
